Supermodel Heidi Klum has reportedly filed legal papers to take on her husband SealÂs last name. The German beauty, whoÂs due to give birth to her fourth child with rapper, real name Seal Henry Olusegun Kwassi Olumide Adeola Samuel, is said to have submitted documents in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Monday (05Oct09) to change her name, reports Contactmusic.
