In the wake of an online report that the rocker is drying out somewhere, we have learned he was supposed to deejay at the Photopass Exhibition at the Aaron Stern Gallery on Broadway last night — but has been replaced by Mark Ronson. Sources told us Hammond Jr. was sent to rehab on the heels of his breakup with model Agyness Deyn. His publicist at Nasty Little Man PR, Steve Martin, did not return multiple calls and e-mails seeking comment.
