U2 Rose Bowl Performance YouTube’s Largest Streaming Event Ever

YouTube’s webcast of U2’s live concert from the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California last Sunday was watched by nearly 10 million people, the video site’s largest streaming event ever.

The full 2 1/2-hour concert is available on YouTube. The rebroadcast video has been watched by more than 1.1 million viewers.

Chris Maxcy, head of music partnerships at YouTube, called the event “a big win” for the site.

Rihanna debuted her new single Russian Roulette on Ryan Seacrest’s radio show this morning.  The song, written and produced by Ne-Yo, is the hot new single from her long awaited fourth studio album Rated R.  The album drops on Monday, November 23.

Sheriff Announces ‘Balloon Boy Incident Was A Hoax

Balloon Boy’s family is in some deep trouble…

Larimer County, Colo., Sheriff Jim Alderden announced on Sunday that the balloon boy incident was indeed a hoax/publicity stunt saying:

“It has been determined this was a hoax.”

He added that no arrests will be made until the investigation is complete.
